By accessing and using SmarterWheel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
SmarterWheel provides AI-powered stock research, portfolio management tools, and market analysis features. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Subscription and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is collected at checkout but is not charged during the trial; the selected plan is charged when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We use Stripe as our payment processor.

In no event shall SmarterWheel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
